1. Agreement to Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Site, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

3. User Restrictions and Acceptable Use

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Crypto Custody Guide, a Crypto Custody Guide employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Crypto Custody Guide or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you acknowledge that the Services relate to cryptocurrency custody, including wallets, private keys, and custody models. You agree not to use the Services to provide custody or key management services to third parties without proper licensing and compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

CRYPTO CUSTODY GUIDE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are volatile, and that the custody of cryptographic keys involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss of access due to lost keys, security breaches, and regulatory changes. Crypto Custody Guide does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions regarding digital assets.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City and County of San Francisco. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
